Business and institutional donations

If you have things at volume, we would rather collect them properly than have you carry them in a few boxes at a time. Tell us what you have and we will work out the logistics.

What we usually help with

Surplus and end-of-line stock
Seasonal ranges, discontinued lines, overstock taking up space you are paying for.
Customer returns
Opened, unsold or lightly handled returns that cannot go back on a shelf.
Office and property clearances
Desks, chairs, monitors, kitchen equipment, furnishings from a refit or a move.
A store closing
Fixtures and remaining stock, usually against a hard lease deadline.
Schools and institutions
End-of-term clear-outs, uniform, books, IT that has been replaced.
Estates
A house that needs clearing, often with a mix of everything.

Institutional donations usually clear our pickup minimum easily, so the question is rarely whether we can come — it is scheduling, access and how much of it we can find a second life for. Being honest about condition on this form is what makes that work.

About the organization

One is the common answer.

What is this about?

Pick whatever applies.

Roughly what kinds of things?

A rough answer is fine. We will confirm before we send anyone.

Scale and logistics

In your own words — “about 40 boxes”, “two pallets”, “a whole floor of desks”.

A lease end, a closing date, a term break.

Being honest here saves everyone a wasted trip.
